Mediation Process

Manhattan Advisors has developed an approach to mediation that employs the use of technology to mediate a dispute between parties regardless of where there are located.  Simply put, all information regarding the issue is delivered by the disputants through e-mail, fax, or telephone to our offices.  Our process cuts  off problematic communication between the disputants and allows us to work with both parties independently.  This method allows issues to be resolved without hostility or interpersonal problems that often stalemate resolutions.
